Actionable Fix:
1. Replace loose passive adapters with a precision shimmable cine adapter (e.g., Metabones Cine, Wooden Camera, or Vocas) featuring positive-locking collars.
2. Install a dedicated adapter support foot bolted directly to the camera baseplate or 15mm rails to mechanically isolate the lens mount from torque.
