1. Utilize only certified high-speed continuous lights (flicker-free rated up to 10,000 fps) or high-output DC-driven incandescent tungsten fixtures.
2. If forced to use standard lights, test intermediate frame rates (e.g., 60 fps at 1/120s) where exposure windows integrate more evenly.
3. Review recorded slow-motion playback at 100% on a calibrated studio monitor; confirm consistent frame-to-frame exposure levels.
