Root Cause / Diagnostic:
Low-cost LED drivers produce severe harmonic ripple and fluctuating voltage regulation under AC loads. Even when shooting at 30 fps with a 1/60s shutter, the driver's dirty DC output modulates at irregular frequencies that roll across rolling-shutter lines.

Actionable Fix:
1. Adjust the camera shutter speed to fine-fractional increments (e.g., 1/59.94s to 1/61.2s) using extended clear scan mode until bands stabilize.
2. Replace dirty AC power supplies with filtered DC battery power (V-Mount or NP-F battery plates) to feed pure DC current to LED lights.
3. Inspect flat wall surfaces on the camera monitor at high contrast to confirm zero moving bands.

Powering LED fixtures from high-quality DC batteries completely bypasses AC mains ripple, eliminating driver flicker instantly.
