Root Cause / Diagnostic:
Anti-reflective coatings or specular studio light reflections on prescription eyeglass lenses create high-contrast specular glints. The camera's phase-detection autofocus algorithm misinterprets these glints as high-contrast targets, jumping back and forth between the reflection on the glass surface and the actual eye behind it. This produces erratic micro-jitter and momentary softness.

Actionable Step-by-Step Fix:
1. Elevate Key and Fill Light Angles: Raise studio lights higher (to a 45-degree vertical angle) and push them slightly wider to ensure reflections bounce downward and outward away from the lens axis.
2. Switch AF Tracking to Face Detection: Change autofocus tracking priority from "Eye Detection" to broader "Face Detection", preventing the AF algorithm from tracking eyeglass glare.
3. Apply Anti-Reflective Lens Spray: Treat glasses with specialized optical anti-reflective cleaner or utilize non-prescription anti-glare studio frames for the shoot.
