The absence of an established switcher hierarchy and split tally protocol causes visual collisions and abrupt cut-offs on air.

Actionable Fix:
1. Establish a Single Technical Director (TD) Command Hierarchy: Designate one lead TD with sole authorization to switch Program bus cameras and master audio scenes, relegating secondary operators to graphics and teleprompter queues.
2. Segment Network Control Access by Function: Partition Bitfocus Companion / OBS WebSocket user credentials or control pages so graphics operators have access only to downstream keyers (DSKs) and cannot touch the primary Program switching bank.
3. Deploy Physical On-Air Tally and Talkback Intercom: Implement a dedicated party-line intercom (e.g., Unity Intercom, VDO.Ninja comms, or Hollyland wireless) where all switching cues are explicitly called ("Ready Cam 2... Take Cam 2").

Pro Tip:
Implement "Ready / Cue / Take" broadcast protocol across intercom headsets: the director calls "Standby Graphics, Ready Camera 1," and only upon the verbal command "Take" does the TD execute the physical button press.
