Root Cause / Diagnostic:
V30 SD cards utilize multi-gigabyte SLC cache zones to absorb initial high-speed writes before dumping data to slower TLC/QLC NAND. On takes longer than 60–90 seconds, the SLC cache fills completely, causing sustained write speeds to collapse to 15–20 MB/s, which triggers immediate camera write buffer overflow errors.

Actionable Fix:
1. Media Replacement: Replace V30 media with certified V60 or V90 SDXC cards, or an external USB-C SSD certified for continuous recording (e.g., Samsung T7 Shield or SanDisk Extreme Pro).
2. Bitrate / Resolution Recalibration: Lower camera recording bitrate below 200 Mbps (25 MB/s) or record in standard Long-GOP 4:2:0 8-bit mode until faster cards are acquired.
